  • We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
  • Wrong items delivered.
  • Spoiled or low-quality food.
  • Order not received within the promised time (except for unavoidable delays).

 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Partially consumed or fully eaten meals.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Complaints made after 2 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Provide your order details and a photo (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your complaint and offer a refund, replacement, or discount on your next order.

4. Refund Processing

  • If paid in cash, refunds must be collected from our restaurant.

5. Cancellation Policy
