2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
- We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Wrong items delivered.
- Spoiled or low-quality food.
- Order not received within the promised time (except for unavoidable delays).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Partially consumed or fully eaten meals.
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Complaints made after 2 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

- If paid in cash, refunds must be collected from our restaurant.
5. Cancellation Policy
