  • Prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and may change without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering (online) or upon delivery (for cash payments).
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and other digital payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them. Once food preparation starts, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds are only applicable for incorrect, damaged, or undelivered items as per our Refund Policy.
  • Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of order receipt.

4. Reservations

  • Table reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may cancel or reassign your table.
  • Large group reservations may require advance payment or deposit.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • We strive to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences. However, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens.
  • Customers with severe allergies should inform our staff before ordering.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery time estimates may vary based on location, traffic, and order volume.
  • If a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for food quality issues due to delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location, and they will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

7. Customer Conduct

  • We expect respectful behavior toward our staff and customers.
  • Any inappropriate, abusive, or fraudulent activity may result in service refusal or legal action.
